of St. Joseph is located in the welcoming east side of St. Joseph,
MO and just minutes away from shops, restaurants, hospitals and numerous
historical and entertainment attractions.
The Living Community is just a short trip from
the Kansas City International Airport, making it easy for our
residents to travel and convenient for visiting friends and family.
Directions
From Kansas City International Airport
Take I-29 north to the Frederick Avenue Exit #47. Take a right
on Frederick and drive one mile. Take a right onto Heartland
Road. Living Community of St. Joseph is located on the right
side of the road at 1202 Heartland Road.
From Cameron, MO
Take US-36 W for about 28 miles. Take Riverside Road Exit. Turn
right onto Riverside Road. Drive north approximately one mile.
Turn left onto Faraon Street. Turn right onto Heartland Road
(behind Heartland Health Campus). Drive north to the top of the
hill. Living Community of St. Joseph is located on the left side
of the road at 1202 Heartland Road.
From Omaha, NE
Take I-29 S toward Kansas City for about 130 miles. Take the MO-6
exit 57 toward Clarksdale (Frederick Avenue). Turn left onto
Frederick Avenue (MO-6) for 0.8 miles. Take a right onto Heartland
Road. Living Community of St. Joseph is located on the right
side of the road at 1202 Heartland Road.
