LIVING COMMUNITY OF ST. JOSEPH PRESENTS SPEAKING OF HEALTH
“AGING AND MEMORY LOSS – WHEN TO WORRY”
March 23, 2006 ---St. Joseph, MO – The Living Community of St. Joseph will
present its next Speaking of Health program at 1 p.m. Wednesday, March 29 in
Benedictine Hall at Living Community, 1202 Heartland Road. Brenda Gregg, program
director of the Alzheimer’s Association, will present “Aging and
Memory Loss – When to Worry.”
Ms. Gregg will address the effects of aging on memory and when to be concerned
about Alzheimer’s disease. She will discuss new treatments, care programs,
and available resources for help and advice.
Living Community of St. Joseph presents Speaking of Health programs each
month to provide current health information and education. The Living Community
of
St. Joseph is a Member Organization of the non-profit Benedictine Health
System, a nationally recognized leader in providing services and care for
senior adults.
The Living Community of St. Joseph features 49 senior apartments, 32 assisted
living residences and a 96-bed skilled nursing care unit.
