ARTHRITIS SELF HELP COURSE OFFERED AT LIVING COMMUNITY OF ST. JOSEPH

St. Joseph, MO – Arthritis Community Services will offer an Arthritis Self Help Course at the Living Community of St. Joseph, 1202 Heartland Road, beginning October 5.

The self help course will be held on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. through November 9. The fee is $20 which includes the book and course. Leaders for the class will be Marcia Rippe, RNC, a nurse educator with Arthritis Community Services and Kristin Hoggatt, CTRS, a recreational therapist and PACE instructor at Living Community of St. Joseph.
